Baby Boy Thank You Cards

Baby Boy Thank You Cards

I created these Thank You cards as a baby gift -- simple and cute, I thought these cards would be perfect for my friend to give out when she receives gifts.

Happy Valentine's Day and Gung Hee Fat Choy

My Valentine's Day and Chinese New year Card.
I also made Chocolate dipped Strawberries and Oreo cookies. They were tasty but I think we had enough of these treats for a while.

So here are the treats. I can not tell you how many I made but I don't need to eat or make anymore for a while.

Isn't she cute!!!

This is my first sweater I've made that someone actual wore. She looks so cute

A finished Project

I'm so happy that I finished and mailed sweater i made for my niece. I'll have to figure out how to post the picture my sister sent. It turned out really nice. Although she said that the turtle neck was a little tight. My cousin's friend made the hat and the scarf.

I also started knitting a pair of socks on 2 circular needles... let me tell you that is not the easiest thing. I'm not so sure if i will continue that.

My sister also asked me to make her 15 calendars. so i'll also post that.

Chirstmas is almost here and we haven't decorated the tree or finished our christmas shopping. It has been a very busy month. I can't believe that Christmas will be here soon.

Another Day: Change

Well, I'm still trying to get the hang of this. I'd like to change the name from Stampers R us to something else since. We came up with this and my blog name having fun, playing around and not thinking that this will stick. But maybe it has and I will be unable to change it.
That's another project and I may need my daughters help. Another thought is that I'm going to be taking a web class.. I haven't done that before. This year, and it is half way over.. is my year for Change. Maybe i should have titled it CHANGE and I guess I just did. We moved from Hawaii about a year ago. After 18 years it has been very hard. My 2 children were very nice and agreed that they would also like to move. We have always been a very small and close knit family. We have moved around alot but living in Hawaii has been by far, the longest time. Now, my children are becoming young adults and my daughter has decided to move and my son is also thinking that it is time to attend graduate school. I know we all must flap our wings... but so soon!!! And so I think it is my time to figure out just what I want to do for the rest of my life.

I have enjoyed doing handmade crafts and so I have decided to take up knitting.. Now that is a very slow project. I will make a scrapbook for my son before he leaves, so he can remember his 1 year here. Continue to make cards to send to friends and family and hopefully be able to continue my business with that. Attend a class, online as I already mentioned. Finish my needlepoint, which I have started and stopped over the years.

Finally what i hope to do:
find a bible study class
Start exercising
De clutter the house.. that could take a very long time!!!

OK I guess that is about it.. Also try to post pictures... that would be nice.

The Begninning

This is the my first blog. My daughter and I were horsing around and came up with my blog name. I think this will be fun for me to be able to share and journal things that I will do or have done. I have always kept a journal since high school but this is new to me.. in that I'll be able to post pictures and share my thoughts with who ever may want to read it. I'd love to use this as a place to share things that I am cooking, reading and projects that I am doing.
